Class Descriptions

Heated Vinyasa Strength & Flow All Levels
This class features a moderately paced vinyasa flow practice with attention to breath, focus, energy, awareness and alignment. Breath and movement are linked creating a moving meditation. Expect a playful yet well rounded and powerful class. Suitable for people with a solid foundation of basic yoga poses. However, modifications will be given to individualize your practice by establishing your own degree of intensity.

Early Risers
If you love vinyasa flow, there’s no better way to wake up your body, settle your mind and find your breath. This 60 minute all levels class will lower your stress level and you’ll be able to face your day with a more positive approach feeling fresh, light and definitely more awake! Come salute the sun as it rises.

Warm Beginner Slow Flow
A Slower paced version of our vinyasa classes in a comfortable warm temperature. Special emphasis is placed on safe alignment and connecting your breath as you mindfully move through the poses. This 60 minute class is ideal for newer students or for those who enjoy slow movement and deep concentration within their practice. Your body, mind and soul will thank you.

Warm Gentle Stretch
A healing and therapeutic 60 minute class moving at a perfectly slower pace. You will be able to connect more deeply with every posture. Expect lots of relaxing deep stretches. Stress and tension will simply melt away.

Happy Hour
You worked hard all week and are ready to wind down for the weekend. Rejuvenate yourself with a 60 minute energetic flow class with focus on mind-breath-body connection. This class will cultivate strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Expect to breathe, sweat, stretch and strengthen your muscles. Welcome your weekend with a clear mind and happy heart!

Yin-Yasa is a 60 minute class designed to balance the yin and yang, or opposite forces, of the body. Class will begin with a vinyasa flow (yang) to warm the whole body and activate the large muscle groups. The remainder of the class will be dedicated to slowing down your practice in order to go deeper into the connective tissue (yin) to open, release, and cool the mind and body. Each yin posture will be held for 3-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. You will feel your stress melting away. All levels welcome.
